Jason spent nearly a decade leading a safety-critical national organisation through financial pressure, cultural reform, major transformation and the disruption of COVID-19. The lessons from that experience were not theoretical. They were learned through decisions that carried consequence.

During the pandemic, with a long-planned trip to Italy cancelled, Jason turned to a serious study of Italian wine. What began as curiosity became a disciplined exploration of history, craft and culture.
